At the meeting of the Committee that was held on November 20, 2013 it was noted that the bill (Reg. No. 2332a) aims at including additional legislative provisions that would activate state’s fulfillment of commitments to the disabled of Ukraine and other socially vulnerable citizens of Ukraine, into the applicable legislation.  

It is suggested amend the Law “On the Fundamentals of Social Protection of the Disabled of Ukraine” and “On Securities and Sock Market”.

The bill establishes that the central body of executive power that implements state policy in the sphere of social protection of the disabled and war veterans should, prior to the budgetary year, give an order to the Ministry of Finance for issuance of the respective state debt securities.
